Does a higher Vas per given cone area result in better/quicker transient response? Or is it one of many factors, or hardly related at all? Thanks

Qts effects transient response.  Vas, not so much.

Alright, good to know. Anything else to look for besides qts? And is it really moreso qts or qtc?...For instance, if I have too driver, one with qts 0.3 and the other 0.4, will they both behave similarly in sealed boxes suited to each of their parameters (say, both yield 0.7 qtc)?

If different afterall, I would suspect the one with lower qts responds quicker...however, having to trade transient response for low frequency extension vice versa would suck. :(
