hi, I was testing my speakers after installing a kx300.4, running kenwwod 6 by 9's (3 way) and kicker 6 1/2" components...when I tested the impedence on the back speakers last week they were at 3.5 ohms, now there at 9.5 ohms, the front last week at 5 and now 9.5....the tweets up front are meausuring 27 and 17 ohms, the speakers sound good, is there any way I can test my multimeter to see if its working properly????its a high end digital read

When measuring impedence, make sure you have whatever you are measuring totally disconnected from the circuit, i.e. diconnect the speaker wires before you measure the speakers.  Is that how you measured them, just a thought.

To test the meter go buy a resistor with a very low tolerance and measure it.  They do make test resistors that are an exact measurement.

Did you change anything with your setup after the first week?  Such as modify the wiring, add on more speakers, etc.?
