I have a 2006 dodge 3500 quad cab with a pioneer 4300 dvd head unit, the seat behind the driver seat removed and in its place is a custom built two chamber ported box that i built myself to house two db drive okur k9 12's.  The subs are powered by a db drive A7 2000.1 monoblock amp.  Subs are wired to one ohm final impedence.  I replaced the front door speakers with pioneer 6x9 80watt rms speakers, rear doors pioneer 6.5"  60 watt rms speakers.  I now have a db drive 4 channel (125w x 4 @4 ohm,  200w x  4@ 2 ohm, 300w x 4 ohm bridged) Okur A5 amp.  I also have a db drive okur series 3 way electronic crossover.  Last is two db drive 200 watt tweeters.  I have the head unit installed and the mono amp in as well as the box and subs,  The door speakers are also in but they are just running off of the head unit right now.  I would appreciate any advice on improving my setup, or the best way to set up/adjust my amp for what i have going, also i am to the point where i am lost because i have no clue how to hook up the rest of my components properly.  (ie 4 channel, crossover, etc)  any help/ advice would be greatly appreciated.

i had the same problem front rear and door speakers but only two preouts for interior speakers. so this is what you do for each preout get a four channel amp so you can power 2 sets of speakers for each amp. ex. amp one front/rear amp twp tweeters and doors. and as for your subs they can be on the subpreout. also your radio only has two preouts so use the line out one the first amp to give the second amp the signal as well . use good wires or you will get cheap results. post any qestions you have.

*MY* very first suggestion (but, really... there are SO many...) would be to get rid of the speakers in your doors, in favor of a SINGLE TWEETER, high quality two- or three- way component system. If you can get a component system that's bi-amp capable (it'll be listed in the specifications of the component system), you *CAN* end up with even better sound, overall...

Beyond that, it's pretty easy...

1: Head unit output to crossover.
2: Crossover outputs to amplifiers, both high-pass (to the four-channel in bridged mode) and low-pass (to the monoblock).
3: Amplifiers to speaker systems.

Set your crossover point to somewhere in the 100Hz range (your choice of gear tells me you are interested in SPL, and have little to no regard whatsoever for SQ), and set your gains...

It's a two-way system, pretty easy to set up.

DO NOT POWER YOUR SYSTEM UP IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM, BEFORE YOU HAVE ALL OF YOUR GROUNDS VERY SECURELY CONNECTED!!! With that Pioneer head unit, you run the very real risk of popping the pico-fuses in the RCA shield, and you will end up with engine noise!

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

that true too you could go with a 2way or three way speaker to rule out a single tweeter setup. but if you want the multi amp setup go for it.
