Is the enclosure sealed or vented?

You can't just set a control on a given mark on the amplifier.

Set the subsonic filter to the point where the woofer doesn't flutter out of control as you play test tones down to the lowest recorded tone.  Bring the loudness up to a point where you might reasonably use the system and watch the speaker.  If it flutters, an out-of-control sort of movement, gently increase the filter until the woofer behaves.

In lieu of test tones, use your most demanding music material.

-------------
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
