i have 2 mtx thunder 9500 svc subs and want to run them off my soundstream rub1.2500 monoblock , is it ok to wire both subs to the single channel?

What is the impedance of the woofers?   What is the minimum safe operating impedance of the amplifier?

I would say yes that amp is 1 ohm stable.

If your sub is a SVC then its 4 ohm, so if you have 2 of them it would be 2 ohm at the amp. Being that amp is a mono block, there is only one channel anyways.
