I have 2 Re Audio xtx3000.1 Amplifiers, along with 4 Re Audio sex12D4 subwoofers. I want to have each amp power 2 subwoofers at a 1 ohm load. I have the RCA cables hooked up to the amps as shown in the manual RCA from the headunit to the first amp, then rca from first amp output to second amp input. (https://reaudio.com/documents/xtx_manual%5B2011%5D-c.pdf) My questions that I have are:

1. The amplifiers do not have a master/slave switch on them like other amps do, will wiring the rca cables (like in the manual) make one amp act as a master while the other acts as a slave?

2. Can I adjust the settings on the first amp to control all 4 subwoofers and turn all the second amp gains down?

I have searched through many car audio forums as well as many google pages trying to find a solid answer.

I have drawn how the wiring is planned to be, but I am not completely sure that this will work

1) No, these are standard mono amps and the RCA out is a pass-through.  It's the same as using a Y-cable.

2)  No, both amps operate completely independently.
