hu, using rca output vs wires

Is there loss of quality if using the wires that come out of the aftermarket amp as opposed to the WHITE/ red RCAs for speaker output?

I have a JVC KD-X50BT with 4 RCAs in the back and 4 pairs of wires coming out of the harness. I was planning on setting up my speakers with those wires and plugging in the stock sub with those RCAs.

Is this incorrect? Should this not be done? (I don't want to spend money, time, and materials to have this not work in the end).

if the stock sub has its own amplifier you can do that but it will require some sort of adapter i imagine.

the rca outputs on the JVC cannot power a speaker, it needs to me ran to an amplifier which in turn powers the speaker.

I'm sorry. I should have clarified the situation a bit more.

The following is a text-based diagram of what I mean:

Speakers <---W1--- Factory Amp <---W2--- Head Unit

Now, the wiring I'm trying to refer to is the W2 wires. These wires send signals to the amp that forwards them to the speakers. The head unit has it's own set of W2 wires for each speaker (FR,FL,RR,RL) and RCAs that (I think [nature of this question]) serve the same purpose. I'm not talking about powering the speakers.

My question is if there is a loss of quality using the +/- wires for the speakers as opposed to the RCAs? Are the +/- wires designed specifically for using the Head Unit's internal amp?

@Tommy: I must admit that it's strange to write "with" as opposed to "on." I suppose if you really thought about it, it is strange to say "with" cars as if they were people or "on" as if you were on top of them.

I recently bought a JVC KD-X50BT with 4 pre-amp outputs. In order to use my stock sub with the aftermarket amp, I need 6 pre-amp outputs. I was thinking of using the provided +/- speaker wires coming out of the back of the Head Unit hooked to a 2/4-channel Line Output Converter
(LOC).

This would convert the wires to RCA that I can hook into the aftermarket amp. Is these a feasible feat? Any loss of sound quality or other side effects?

Any decently priced and quality LOC recommendations?

You can do that, but yes you will end up with a lower quality signal than just line level out from the HU.  Why not just use Y-cables?

Using an LOC will almost always result in a lower quality signal than using the line outs from the HU, mainly because you are adding in the distortion of the HU on-board amplifier.  Option One is the better solution.
