I am in the process of making my sub-woofer mounting rings for my enclosure (fiberglass). I am getting ready to cut the flush mount ring (the outer ring) and had a couple questions.

1) What size roundover bit should I use to do this? I am using 1/2" MDF for the outer ring 3/4" for the inner ring(the ring the sub screws to)

2) I do not have a router table what would be the best way to round the edges?

Thanks in advance

Anybody? I tried to do this last night and my ring came out with a ridge on the top (I think I cut too deep)
