Hello, all:

I have an Arc 1500DR I bought on eBay a few years back. I am considering it for a revision of the audio in my truck, to drive two Kicker 4 ohm Solo Baric sub woofers. One channel for each sub, operating the amp on "mono" setting and low pass.

I do own several other amplifiers to choose, another would be one of my Soundstream Reference 500 amplifiers (the US made ones).

I can't find an owners manual on the web for this amp. I just need to determine what size fuse to use for it. The screw terminals for the incoming power look awfully small,so it appears it does not take a real large diameter wire.

My informal research tells me the amp puts out 240 watts per channel at 4 ohms.

If anyone can assist me in the fuse query or direct me to a manual I could download, or can give me known specifications for this amplifier, it would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike

The truck is a '94 Chevy K2500, 7.4 liter engine, 170 amp alternator, 2 gauge power wire feeding a junction terminal to up to three amplifiers, 120 amp circuit breaker near battery (Optima Deep Cycle).
