radio not working after removing signal p

Hello, I have a question about what may have happened to my radio in my Lexus IS350 after uninstalling my Re-Q5 signal processor that was providing a signal to my amp for my sub. The harness for the processor was tapped into various wires at the amp in the trunk, wires for power, ground, remote turn on, etc, as well as speaker signal inputs of course. Well, me being an idiot the other day when i was uninstalling the unit from the car in preparation to sell it, i just cut through the bundle of wires from the harness all at once with a pair of wire cutters, and I think i may have shorted a +12V wire to something else and backfed it into the amp because now the radio will not put out any sound and the fade and balance are both set to the right rear speaker and will not change from that position...

Can anybody provide an idea of what might have happened and how to fix it?

If you are lucky you just blew a fuse or two.  Check your fuse boxes.

Where did you catch remote? Where did you catch constant? Was the key in the on position when you cut?

the key was off when i cut the harness, i had forgotten the harness had a constant 12V source and i thought it only had accessory power, but i was wrong. I tapped the remote, constant, accessory, and speaker inputs all from the amp itself in the trunk.

Check the constant wire that you cut. I am betting that it no longer has 12 volts. There is a blown fuse that powers your factory amplifier.

The amplifier also houses the bass and treble processing. That is why you can not change anything from the radio.

ok I will check all 3 of the radio fuses, thanks a lot.

If one of the 2 radio fuses were blown, the radio would not power up. It is the fuse for the Amplifier.

ok,thats what i meant, from the wiring diagrams i got from toyotas information system diagrams they just call the two fuses that power the amp 30A Rad. No 1 and 30A Rad. No 2, so it must be one of those.
