hi I was wondering if anyone has managed succesfuly to put a kick panel enclosure, or a sealed door pod to house 6 1'2's in a 97 honda accord exr 5 speed coupe? I want to put a my 6 1/2's and a 3 1/2" speaker in a custom enclosure, but the geography doesn't seem to allow it self a realy desirable location. any tips or pics of an enclosure would be appreciated. I know anythings possible. but I want it to look professional, and have a clean transition with the interior. I would prefer to do something with the door, but not modify the door panel too extensively.........thnx

You could get kick panels fabricated to house the 6 1/2's, but i would recomend you got components to add better imaging.  You don't have much if any play in the tweets in a coax, assuming your 6 1/2's are coax.  All you could do is install them and hope the imaging is ok.

A set of kick panels is a very clean looking spot to mount speakers and look very professional.  But again, I would invest in a component set to install in these rather than just 6 1/2s.  The 3 1/2's could be fitted into the door in any spot you have enough room for them.  I'm not too familiar with the 97 accord doors, so you'd have to find a good spot for them!

Q-Logic already makes pre fab kick panels for your car. They don’t get any more professional looking then this https://www.qlogic.ws/2003/home just go to the Q forms drop down menu and select your make model and color.
