The OEM radio in 2010 Pathfinder is a large multifunctional stereo. I would love to replace with aftermarket version but stock stereo also has trip, tire pressure, gas mileage and other information attached to it apparently. So my guess is that If I replace with aftermarket stereo the 7" information screen in truck becomes useless? Has anyone replaced one of these and still maintained all of this functionality??? It has a status button, info button and others for these visuals on the screen.

or...will updating the speakers only give me a better experience with OEM stereo?
