I have been trying to figure out the best way to set up my system and have read for hours no one seems to have the same set up or their aren't any threads I can find anyways. I have 212 inch 4 ohm speakers with 600 rms capabilities I also have 2 mono blocks one is a alpine

mrp m-500 the other is alpine mrd m-605. I don't know if I should run them as 2 ohm or 4 with that set up and when I say 4 my idea was to run one voice coil from each speaker to one amp and the other from each to the other if that will be ok. I would love to hear any suggestions on the wiring and getting the most from my set up

Both the amps you list are rated to 2-ohms, so if your subs are DVC wire one amp per sub with both voice coils paralleled... and if they are SVC, wire one at 4 ohms to each amp. Split the sub out from your head unit so each amp is receiving the same signal, power the amps properly, install the subs properly, set your gains properly, and away you go.
