Car audio has been a interest and hobby for me every since before owning my own car. As a Senior in high school, my brother hooked me up with a 1988 Nissan Maxima. My first system consisted of 2 12 inch subwoofer, I believe the brand was Aura, a pioneer deck, and a cheap 300 watt amp from Wal-Mart.
Once I joined the US Air Force and made my own money, I bought a 2002 Chrysler Sebring put 2 12" MTX 5500s in it and I thought they banged hard. Very good subs, I bought and installed them in November 2004, one finally cracked in late 2011.

Over the past few years, I've done a lot of web browsing, looking for my next banging system for a decent price. I recently purchased a 2007 Ford Expedition EL Limited, fully loaded. Below is a list of my equipment going in the Expedition.

Did some work on the truck during the holidays. Here are some pictures. This is my everyday box, I'm planning a much bigger competition box.

I was told by one of my friends that port area is too small for 3 15s. So, I'm planning to get some wood next weekend to make my port bigger. I'm also planning a amp rack build instead of mounting the amps on the seats, I want to hide as much wiring as possible.
Please let me know what you guys think about my port area. It's currently 90 sq.ft.
