I am looking at a special on justamps.com. It is a Legacy LM71 7.2" Monitor for $120. Is this a good price? Is it a decent starter Monitor??

All I can say is that you get what you pay for. If you think that it's a good buy for the price, then go for it. Just watch out for online catches and make sure about warranty for this item by contacting them via email. Make sure you get it in writing.
