My w7s gives me this annoying low hum even ever the amp is on. Also when I press the gas it gets a little louder and when I use turn signals it beats to the rhythm of the blinker. This is very annoying. I have zero ga wire ran from the front to the back battery and from the back battery zero ga to the amp. My rcas come from the head unit to a clarion cross over to an epicenter then to the amp. My 4 ch gets no feed back at all.they are both grounded to the same spot. You think a ground loop will work? What you think could be causing this.

Sounds like either a bad ground or gain is too high, and this could be in the epicenter as easily as in the sub amp. Get rid of that thing and you'll be better off if you are looking for highest SQ.

Pioneer radio? Have you tried removing the Epicenter? Why are you using an outboard crossover? Does your amp have a built in crossover?

It is a pioneer head unit. What problem would this pose and how would I fix it? Honestly I heard the epicenter was supposed to do these amazing things but it does nothing for me. I'm probably not using it right. Also I heard that when you get the epi you need a crossover. The crossovers on my amps idk im always iffy on them. I will try to eliminate the epi and try a ground loop isolator.

with all those add-ons in between the radio and the amp you are seriously overdriving the system. im surprised you cant hear whats happening on mars in your audio.no wonder you can hear every tiny fluctuation in your electrical system, not to mention the built-in problems that happen with the pioneer radios.

Hey guys I just wanted to give an update. well I accidentally plugged my RCAS in the LINEOUT of my amp instead of the input and it elminated all the unwanted feedback. Is there any problem with doing this??
