I seen a couple of my buddies open up there epicenter and move the chip in it and and made a phenominal difference. The only thing is they want to stay exclusive towards this process and not tell me. Anyone know how to go about doing this? If not I was thinking of just ordering the chip.

im not sure about the epicenter but a lot of times when you have to change a chip inside some kind of processor it will be for a different crossover point or center boost frequency, which is the frequency that receives the most boost from the epicenter. it is made to be changed out most likely, so you only need to find the chip and open the epicenter's case to change it. its probably in the manual

i have to side with senior haemphyst on this one, i personally cant stand the epicenter of any other type of bass synthesizer. these devices are not magical or even practical. all they do is take a normal musical signal and interpret that audio through an algorithm and spit out a synthesized sine wave. this is only useful when you are setting up a system strictly for SPL competition and totally disgraceful for anyone looking to listen to music. you will never get musical performance out of an epicenter, it might make your sub louder if used correctly but it wont help you with a musical signal. it might be louder but it will sound 10x worse. your W7's deserve much much better than that...
