I have a buddy that wants me to build his trunk. It's sn 87ish Monte carlo. So he has 4-12" rf p2's and 2 rf r750-1's. He basically wants two of the subs against the back of the seats in a bandpass box. And in the rear quarter panels 2 of the subs inverted in a sealed fiberglass box. It's mainly about looking good and being loud. What are your opinions about the set up? Should I talk him into something different?

Give him what he wants. Make it look good. Try to match the tuning frequencies of the enclosures as closely as possible, and beware of phase cancellation reducing the output.
