I've got an alpine HD138BT. It has all of the latest and greatest features. I'm looking for the best way to get lossless audio to the head unit.

Bluetooth=Quality Loss.
USB=Hard to navigate file system.
AUX=High pitched interference noise when turned up high.
CD=Skips on lots of bass.

What is the best solution? Every way has it's disadvantages. I'm thinking about just using a USB drive, but it's so hard to navigate through with the head unit?

What is your favorite solution?

Bluetooth is fine... but if you use an iPod/iPhone, get the Alpine KCU-445i interface cable.

id vote for the USB, menus can be a pain. i havent touched an alpine head unit in a while but i have always hated their menu system for being complicated for no reason.
