i have recently purchased a 05 dodge grand caravan the factory in dash 6 disc cd/dvd player stopped working after a battery change if anyone can help pleas tell me

Take the vehicle to a Dodge dealer is my suggestion.

its probably in theft mode, the dealership should be able to reset it or you might be able to find out how to unlock it if you do a search online.
