So I have a eclipse 5442i or thats on my shelf I have totally forgotten which my unlock cd ws and I put in a wrong disc it has now been locked for almost 2yrs which I want to unlock and use again I miss my unclipping preouts and I dont know any current dealers and or who the distributor in my area is does anyone know how to unlock it and nthe steps to getting there?

this is exactly why i hated the eclipse cd security feature. you would either forget which cd it was or the cd was unreadable and youd have to buy another one.

well they did tell you to put your 'key' cd in your sock drawer? and use a cd that you don't listen to often?

I used to work at forbidden audio but now rob is closed and lives in alberta and I just dont know who a local dealer is but I used to deal with jestar but they no longer exist as the distributor for eclipse so I just need to find the new distributor

Yes... Call Fujitsu... $30 and can give you unlock over-the-phone... Just did one 2 weeks ago...
