I have 4 4 ohm tweeters that I want to put on my 4 channel amp it's rated at 60 watts a channel at 4 ohm and 75 at 2 ohms. My tweeters are 75 watts and have a factory high pass filter on them so I want to run them at 2 ohms to get maximum power with one on each channel. I don't and can't really solder the tweeter itself due to how is made but I'm hopping I can wire it some how to do make it 2 ohms. Thanks.

Since the tweeter is only playing 2K and above and there is not tons of information there, they are not really seen by the amp. Just connect one to each channel and call it a day.

Ditto. You can't push any more power into the speaker. Making it a 2-Ohm circuit (with a parallel 4-Ohm resistor) means less power as it will only have 37.5W (with the resistor taking the other 37.5W).
