Thinking of running my kicker 1200.1 to my pioneer tsw3002's only I want to use one ported box and one sealed to see if I can get the best of both enclosures. Will this cause any adverse effects to my amp? Ran both of them in dual sealed and dual ported but never one and one.

Your amp won't care as long as the net impedance is high enough.
