Hello all,

I am beginning the design for my enclosure using WinISD and the T/S Parameters for a TC Sounds Epic 10".

I have modeled the Epic in WinISD using three different enclosure volumes. I would like to believe that I know exactly what these curves mean and "could" sound like, but I don't. I used Stevdart's guide to WinISD, and based on that, I think I know which of these configurations is the winner, but I would like some more experienced members to chime in to verify that I learned what I feel I learned...

I'm looking for SQ; as musical as possible, as low as possible (sealed) and as unlocateable as possible. I am having troubles posting a photo, so I do have one that I can pm or email to someone so inclined to help.

Thanks in advance!

i have heard that they are designed to play in the smallest box that you can fit the sub into physically. for that 10 its probably around .5 cubic feet sealed.

Thanks soundnsecurity,

I have read that multiple times myself. My original intent was to write the info from WinISD, but i got distracted for a bit. So, here goes:

Scenario 1:

Volume: .454 cubic feet
Fsc: 56.57 hz
Qtc: .703

Scenario 2:

Volume: .75 cubic feet
Fsc: 47.05 hz
Qtc: .593

Scenario 3:

Volume: 1.0 cubic feet
Fsc: 42.76 hz
Qtc: .543

Which of these meets my qualifiers?
