Im planning on clarus 6.5 fronts going active which is why I wanted the pioneer.

that pioneer is a single DIN radio, it will fit your dodge, the only issue may be the depth so you might have to cut some plastic out from behind the radio and maybe even the old radio support bar for the poineer to fit properly.if you want that radio bad enough then its only a matter of a little extra work to install.
does your truck have the factory infinity system? go to www.metraonline.com to look up your dash kit and antenna adapter and i would buy your wire harness adapter from a PAC authorized dealer. i would buy the CAN-bus adapter harness so that you can keep the factory data bus working for diagnostics and other vehicle functions. BUT i wouldnt run the audio through the adapter, i would run all new speaker wire from the amps to each speaker to totally bypass the factory wiring. if you are going for a high end system then you should do it the best way possible.
