I have two Bit One's, one is used for my highs, mids and mid/bass. I want to use the other one for my subs and trying to calibrate the master input levels with sub R/L RCA's out of AVH-P8400BH, it keeps saying (Input Level too low). Should I hook up the front R/L to it and do the calibration and remove the front R/L and hook the sub R/L back up?

Make sure the subwoofer output on your Pioneer is turned on and set the level to max. See page 58 of your owner's manual. Also make sure you are playing a test tone that is in the subwoofer pass band.
