Without the specs of both, can't tell which is better.

Which ever one has the better cone excursion will be better, for the most part...

To get the best performance out of that sub (circled in red) you'll need a huge enclosure. Sealed comes in at 374.2 liters (13.2 cuft) and vented should be 422.5 liters (14.9 cuft) ported at ~20Hz.
