I just bought this fusion 1 farad Cap and the bag with the harware has a little light bulb in it and the note on the bag said use the buld to precharge the cap and it said read the directions to find out more and the direction say nothing about the bulb or anything...its a digital voltmeter cap any help would be appreciated

You will need to place the bulb in series between the hot wire and your caps positive post. The bulb will go dim or fully off and the cap is charged.

Paudio is right, That bulb is an indicator of how charged or non charged the cap is. If you have any problems with hooking it up or any more fusion questions, go to https://www.fusioncaraudio.com Talk to their tech guys, Sometimes they are online too, if not they reply very quickly. Good Luck,
