can you use all purpose surronds to replack the red foam surrounds that cerwin vega uses??? plz reply

Actually, you can use it... but don't expect the sub to sound as it used to. Specially if (as i suppose) you mean to replace a double bump surround with an all purpose single bump. It will sound, but changing the specs of any sub will diminish its performance.
