We installed a full audio system in a landrover defender Alpine touchscreen, Alpine Pdx 5 channel and focal speakers. The system sounds great but we are getting a clicking noise only through the tweeter when the ac relay clicks on. Any suggestions to how I can fix this. There is no other kind of noise whatsoever. Any help would be appreciated

Check the - or add a - quenching diode across the ac relay coil.

Thanks to Oldspark for the reply. I checked the ac relay and it has an internal diode. When looking at the relay I noticed contacts 85 and 86 were wired in reverse so I fixed them and replaced the relay but the noise still continues. I removed the crash pad on the dash where the crossovers are located and I took them out and wired them directly at the amp location in the passenger seat box just to see if the noise was being induced by the location but the noise continues. I am at a loss not sure what else I can do. Any more suggestions would be great.

If it has an internal diode and was wired back to front, the diode will be blown.
Add your own external diode. Assuming a relay coil of up to 500mA (most are <250mA), then a 1N4004 or 1N4007 with line towards the +ve (86) and other end to 0V/GND (85).
The latter has always been my preference so that (1) any relay can be used, & (2) there are no issues with coil wiring polarity.
