I currently own a "2-12" Ported Foxbox with 1.5CF per side, but im not happy with it.

Anyone know of a box that will go behind the seat rather then under the seat? Any custom box builders here that have done some work with a Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab....

What do you not like about that box? What kind of drivers? Which amplifier or amplifiers do you have on the speakers? Did you use the provided stilts to raise the seat?

Well I have tried Fosgate p3, sa 12's, ssa DCON's, and now sound quebed hdc3 ... they just sound muddy and lost. I don't know if it's because they up fire on the seats or its the box itself. I wanted to try something different for comparison. I have heard the foxbox is the best. So just want to validate. I'm going to try some idq 12's next, than maybe DC level 3's. But wanted to inquire, perhaps someone beyond my skill set can run some computer stuff and get me the best output possible... currently running a AQ 1200 mono at 1 ohm.

Would A Box Behind The Seats Firing Forward Be Better Than An Up Fire Fox Box? Also considering netaudio custom fiberglass box but it's only 1 CF per side so I'm not sure smaller is better. . Honestly just a bit lost and frustrated.

Fox box is also ported @ 35htz
