HeY guys, can somebody tell me the best way to connect an amp and sub to factory radio? I have a 2011 silverado, onstar, no bose radio.....

Yes. That way if you do decide to change the radio out, the RCA cables will already be there.

Also, is there an amp capacity on LOC's? Some loc's have 400 watts max written into their specs, does that mean I need to get one for my 500 watt amp?

The size of your amplifier does not come into play.

Best to run some good, quality, shielded RCA cables. RCAs and a USB extender were the hardest part of replacing the head in my Jeep GC. ------------- Build a man a fire, he keeps warm for a day. Set a man on fire he stays warm for life!
