Loss of iPhone sound, Kenwood

Yesterday while installing factory steering wheel controls in my 2014 Ram, I disconnected the battery since I was removing the air bag. Got everything done, auto detect with AWSC-1 went perfect and all works well. In doing so, I now have the problem that the receiver will pickup and display the iPhone 6 music and Pandora, but I have no sound through the deck. I have done a factory reset of the phone with it connected to the deck and Googled until I can't Google any more. Any help would be appreciated.

As a side note, I can stream through Bluetooth but the sound quality, even with a phone call is very scratchy and not worth listening too. I've had that issue with every model of iPhone I have tried.
