Which head unit(s) has (have) the best FM reception?

I would like a head unit that also has a CD player and Bluetooth capability.

And it there are any head units with special capability for hands free phone talking, I want that, too. By the way, if there is such a thing, what kind of thing is that, and what is it called?

I am in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania, about 100 miles from either New York City or Philadelphia, and near the eastern ranges of the Appalachian Mountains.

It's hard to get good reception around here.

Vehicle is a cargo van.

With regards to reception I would say that most head units will be the same. It's more about your antenna. That being said you could choose one with HD radio. It's either crystal clear or doesn't work because it's a digital signal.

For blue tooth just make sure it has an external microphone. I had one with an internal mic and it was terrible.
