Hey everybody so I'm building a rather large sub enclosure for a single psi p3 18" dimensions are 36w x 34l x15h I used the calculators on the site to find my port length to tune @30hz which ended up being about 27.25l x 7.75w but I question whether or not the overall port area is sufficient any input on this ?

Ok I figured it out I was looking at the redneck port calculator from psi and said to use 12.5 for every cubic foot so for a box that is 8.75cf that would be a little over 109^2 of port area 7.75 was a little small I had to go up to 8.25in. (8.25x13.50=111.37) To get correct port area because the hight can't be changed (13.50in.) Hope this helps someone else at least thanks anyway
