I have an old, but very good condition gm-h100 that I'm planning to use for some 6.5" focal components p165 v15's temporarily until I can get enough scratch for a new amp. This amp has a two-wire remote lead red and blue. The red is fed from ignition switch via in-line fuse and another unidentified component. While I have the plug portion that goes into the amp, I am missing the inline fuse and mystery battery-looking thing on the diagram. I assume it's some kind of filter.

Need to know fuse size (1 amp?) and what the component is.

The mystery component is an Inductor. If I remember correctly, you can attach both terminals to your remote wire of your deck. Nobody can keep up with that plug. I remember soldering a single wire across both connections and running a remote wire out of many of those amplifiers.
