Don't really know anything about audio components but I'm an extreme DIYer. Have 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500 Ext Cab with Bose and On star. Trying to replace blown door speaker. Crutchfield recommended https://www.crutchfield.com/p_108P6500CS/Infinity-Primus-PR6500cs.html?search=infinity_pr6500cs&skipvs=T
I have these speakers now.
I thought I could just remove and replace the broken door speaker, but Crutchfield says I should replace tweeter and I need to use the crossover. I'm so lost here now. Would love any advice.
