Hi, I have a Pioneer Premier DEH-P850MP and it work great but today The Temperature in MIami was 110F around 1:30pm , Really Hot, and i was driving and i was hearing the radio but when I looked at the radio the screen was like when the radio is off, Black screen like if there was no power for the two screem, I stopped and I took out the faceplate and I put it back and I works great, Could be the problem because it was too hot inside of the car or probable there is something wrong with the radio? what do you guys think? thank you.

When the display went blank, did you continue to hear sound? Or did that die too? ------------- Ethan

Is it a lcd disp or the organic? the heat I think was the trouble.

i ahve had problems liek this before, only in the really cold. I know a friend who has a similar deck and if the temperature varies out of a specific range, the screen wont work. his sound doesnt work at this time. Just thought id throw that in.
