I have a 2014 Cx5 that has the factory bose sound system. Before I bought the car someone installed a pioneer aftermarket head unit, I am trying to convert it back to factory. I found a factory unit on eBay (exact same part #) and installed it. Now everything works but the audio. Nav, Bluetooth, satellite radio, cd, backup camera seems to be all working fine. Is there something I could have missed when uninstalling the aftermarket unit and installing the factory unit that caused the audio to not work?

Were there any RCA cables connected to the aftermarket radio you removed?

Yes, they were wired into the adapter that was plugged into the factory harness
