Does anyone have any information on how to input a audio signal into the stock system? Only aux input in the car is USB.

can't you just stream bluetooth? Really you wont hear a difference between a aux input and bluetooth now a days. Could always use a aux to usb adapter if your dead set on it i guess, but i test drove/almost bought a couple atlas at the end of 2017 and all had a aux input, even the base model without gps had it as well as the one with the fender audio system.
