Looks like there is no longer a microphone next to the bluetooth mic by the rear view mirror. All we had to do was cut 1 wire on the mic located center of headliner at rear of vehicle. They did change the grill over the microphones. There is an identical grill above drivers seat. If it is a mic for noise cancelling it is ran in series with the rear one. All we did was cut 1 wire at rear microphone.

Why can't you just disable the ANC system either at the stock amp,radio or ANC module.Can't you just pull the pins from the connectors or disconnect the plug from the ANC module?
