I have a 12 dual 3ohm subwoofer & i have a Rockville RXD-M2 1ohm amp & how do i wiring up this subwoofer to 1 ohm & here is a link of info on the subwoofer i have https://www.ultimate-sound.com/car/manuals/KW%20Series%20-%20Subwoofers.pdf

You can't wire the 2 coils of a single DVC 3 ohm woofer to get a 1 ohm load. You can wire the coils in parallel to get a 1.5 ohm load, or you can wire them in series to get a 6 ohm load, or you can use just 1 coil for a 3 ohm load. Those are your only wiring options.
