Having trouble with my headlights dimming and was trying to see if anyone had thoughts. In a 2014 dodge charger 3.6L I am running 4 JBL 100watt rms speakers to my doors on a 600watt rms amp with 80amp fuse. Then I have a massive audio hippo 15xl 2000rms on a taramps 3000hd and a Rockville 50 farad capacitor with a 200amp fuse. The signal was gained from line input converters. When the bass hits my headlights and lights on dash dim. I was thinking about a higher output alternator as I'm running on a 180amp output right now, but dont want to shell out $600 and have problem still be there

You probably do need a bigger alternator for your setup.
First step is to get rid of that capacitor - it is only making the problem worse.

One could add another battery closer to the Amp. What size wire to the Amp? Grounds good? At least two 4awg runs for that amp.

big three will be your best option, battery (optima perfered), alternator, wiring to them. Battery is in the trunk isn't it? What size of power wire are you using. The cap is a band aid, they look nice but won't fix voltage problems. If you add a 2nd battery add a battery isolator, if not your alternator will be trying to charge 2 battery's at the same time kinda defeating the purpose and putting more strain the the alternator
