My setup is Pioneer 7200NEX HU, Skar Audio SPX-65C component speakers and 4 channel amp SK-M4004D. My question is how would I set it up as far as gains, crossovers, and HU settings or would it be better to just assign a channel to each speaker/tweeter?

Are you thinking of using the components without the supplied crossover? This will work but you must be careful with your crossover settings on the Amp. The passive crossovers though were very carefully designed to do this by some very careful engineering. If I was going to bi-amp the speakers I would run four wires and use the front for the tweets rears for Mids and sub out to another amp. Hope this helps.

I'm thinking of not using the crossover. I have a CC-1 being delivered on Monday and i own a DD-1 I'm gonna run it with the tweeters on the front channels and the woofers on the rear channels. with the amp mentioned above what frequency should I play my woofers, tweeters. My subwoofer has it's own amp.
