So if I have a box with 3-15s mounted inverted on the top of the box and 115 mounted regular in the front with the port all are dual 1 ohm subs running onto Crescendo audio 4.5ks strapped together at one on each how would I wire the subs so they don't fight against each other

On the inverted 3 connect the positive wire to the negative terminal of the speaker and the negative wire to the positive terminal, then treat the wires just as you would if they were not inverted.
