Hello all, I have been working on hooking up a sub in my 2017 Malibu. But every time I do it I have the same problem, when I accelerate or turn on my car (Anytime my RPM rises) it causes my sub to make noise even with no music playing. The higher the RPM the louder the sub goes until it either blows the sub or causes the AMP to enter safe mode. I have tried getting a better LOC and we even bought one to that does not require a ground so a ground loop shouldn't be the issue. I have almost the exact same setup as my dad and he has no issues at all. Any thoughts on how to fix? Thanks in advance!

I have a rockford Fosgate R500X1D Amp; My LOC is a Rockford RFHLC Low level RCA Adapter with a Kicker speaker. It is a push to start vehicle
