Bluetooth Transmitter in Car

you guys helped me out many times years ago with remote starter installs so I'm hoping you can come thru for me again. here's my quest: I have a car stereo receiver/cd player I want to mount on my 12v garden tractor and then be able to listen thru my noise-canceling bluetooth headphones. receiver has rca plugs, headphone jack, and hardwire options. I'm looking for a 12v bluetooth transmitter that's hard wired to turn on with the power switch and transmitts radio/cd, just like the headphone jack works but bluetooth instead. no external speakers will be added. thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
