I have researched and researched but I cant seem to figure it out
Cadillac CTS, stock Bose system, stock amp/10 inch subwoofer that has a bump thats not bad
However I would like a tiny bit more bump
Im wondering if I can just replace the stock sub wit an aftermarket one
Any help will be appreciated

You can change it, but that driver is very efficient. That factory amplifier does not produce a lot of power. You will definitely not get an increase in sound.
