My sub stoped working I checked the wires, the 12v wire was lose and touching the ground wire, it made a little pop noise but no smoking or sparks, the vault meter says there power still but I can’t get the sub to work again, any help would be much appreciated

Did you have the power wire back in the amp when you checked voltage?
Did you have the car turned on when you used the volt meter to verify you had voltage?
Did you check voltage on the remote wire?
