I have 2 pairs of hertz k170.
I want to add 2 arc a-10 subs at 2ohm or 1 a-10 at 4ohm.

I was looking at the Arc x2 850.5 but would I be able to use the Arc x2 1100.5 without overpowering the mids?
Been out of the audio hobby for a minute but on my way back in.

As long as you are running just two channels of the 1100.5 to the Hertz K170 set you will be fine if you set the high pass filter and avoid distortion.
